TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990SECTION 78 APPEAL BY HAYWARD DEVELOPMENTS LTD AGAINST THE REFUSAL OF STRATFORD ON AVON DISTRICT COUNCIL TO GRANT PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE ERECTION OF 23NO. (16NO. LOCAL NEED) 1, 2 AND 3 BEDROOM DWELLING HOUSES AND GARAGES TOGETHER WITH ROADS, SEWERS AND ASSOCIATED EXTERNAL WORKS ON LAND SOUTH OF KINETON ROAD, GAYDONLPA APPLICATION REF: 21/03858/FULPINS REF: APP/J3720/W/23/3328082 

Notice is given that the above appeal has been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate and that the Appellant is making a request to the appointed Appeal Inspector to determine the appeal on the basis of an amended layout plan (Dwg No. 18-058-02 Rev J). The number of dwellings proposed remains unchanged.

All this information including Dwg No. 18-058-02 Rev J Planning Layout and Viability Assessment dated July 2023 (not previously seen by the LPA) is displayed on the Frampton Town Planning website www.framptons-planning.com under Consultations.
