TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990Section 78 Appeal against the decision of Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council to refuse planning permission for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of 29 No. one, two, three and four bedroom dwellings and 1 apartment block’ on Woodlands Lane, BedworthPlanning Appeal ref: APP/W3710/W/23/3323587  
The Applicant has appealed to the Planning Inspectorate for the refusal of the above planning application for the erection 29 dwellings and associated works (Planning Appeal ref: APP/W3710/W/23/3323587).The Appellant is making a request to the Planning Inspectorate for the decision to be formed on the basis of amended plans and information. The details of the amended plans/information is set down below:

  • Dwg no: 7558/ASP3/LSP Rev B Landscape Strategy Plan (Appendix 10 of the Landscape and Visual Appeal Statement – this is a new plan)
  • Dwg no: 82162 102 Rev 3 Proposed Drainage – Maintenance note added for clarification
  • Dwg no – SK -001 Woodlands Drainage Plan and supporting Micro Drainage calculations
  • Flood Risk Assessment: explanation as to why soakaways are not suitable.
  • Great Crested Newt Survey (This is a new survey)
