FORMER FURTHO PIT, OLD STRATFORD/COSGROVEWNS/2022/1741/EIA

A full planning application is under consideration by West Northamptonshire Council (application reference, on land at the former Furtho Pit, Old Stratford/Cosgrove which is seeking to deliver: “9 x employment units comprising circa 69,744sqm GIA. of floorspace within Class B2 or B8 Uses, with ancillary class E(g)(i) offices and E(g)(ii) research and development, together with country park, ground re-profiling in the country park, new vehicular access from the A508 and associated site infrastructure, including lorry parking”.

We are hosting two events, at the request of Dame Andrea Leadsom MP, following discussions in recent weeks, to provide further information and answer questions in relation to the proposals, namely:

Event 1: Public Exhibition arranged for: Monday 31st July 2023 between 3 pm and 7 pm At Deanshanger Methodist Church, 8 Church Lane, Deanshanger, Milton Keynes, MK19 6HG

Event 2: Virtual Presentation and Q&A Session arranged for: Tuesday 1st August 2023 between 7 pm and 8 pm. The presentation will be held on Microsoft Teams.

The virtual event will comprise a short presentation followed by a Q&A session.We are inviting questions in advance of the virtual event. Questions can be posed via our website from 3 pm on Monday 31st July 2023 until midday on 1st August 2023. Alternatively, there will be an opportunity to submit questions to us at the Exhibition on Monday 31st July 2023.  The exhibition material will also be live to view online from 3 pm on Monday 31st July 2023 by clicking on ‘Exhibition Panels’.
