Proposal for temporary accommodation on land off Birds Hill Walk, Weston Favell

On behalf of West Northamptonshire Council, Frampton Town Planning invites you to view and comment on initial proposals for ‘temporary accommodation’ to meet local housing need. The proposal incorporates supporting infrastructure, including a Community Hub building, on-site laundry, cycle storage, equipped children’s play area, and site office, on land off Birds Hill Walk (former Lings Upper School) as shown on the site location plan. This land is allocated for residential development in the adopted Local Plan.We would welcome your views on the proposals and would ask you to submit your comments using the red button to the right, or in person at the public consultation event on the 9th July 2025. It is intended that the planning application will be submitted later this year (2025). In preparing the planning application, we will have regard to the comments expressed by members of the public.NEXT STEPSWe will provide West Northamptonshire Council with a report that sets out the range of comments expressed at this exhibition.
