Will is an Associate Planner with over 5 years’ experience working within the private sector. Will has previously worked for a commercial real estate firm, and has been involved in large residential, employment and mixed-use schemes for investor, owner and occupier clients. Will also has experience in providing planning advice for the development of schools.

More recently, Will has gained significant exposure to Local Plan work and site promotion, reviewing Local Plan evidence base documents and making representations to numerous Local Plan Reviews for strategic scale residential and commercial sites
