Will is an Associate Planner with over 7 years’ experience working within the private sector. Prior to joining Framptons in April 2022, Will previously worked for a commercial real estate firm in Birmingham, and has been involved in residential, employment and mixed-use schemes for investor, owner and occupier clients. Will also has experience in preparing applications for the development of schools, in addition to local plan promotion for strategic scale residential and commercial sites.

Since joining Framptons, Will has gained experience in submitting applications for renewable energy developments, including solar arrays and hydrogen production plants. He manages projects of a variety of scale through all stages of the planning process, from inception through to determination and discharge of conditions. Will has also gained valuable experience in preparing planning appeals.
