Nick is an Associate Director who joined Framptons in July 2021, and is a chartered member of the RTPI. Nick has 8 years’ experience within the private sector and previously worked as a Planning Manager for a small house builder, specialising in rural issues in green field and green belt sites. Nick is experienced in identifying and appraising strategic development opportunities, maintaining a good knowledge of changes to the planning system, appeal decisions, housing land supply and progress of local plans.

Since joining Framptons Nick has been involved in a range of projects including an enabling development application to restore a Grade I Listed House, hospitality venues, renewable energy and large scale logistics warehousing projects.

Nick particularly enjoys working as part of a team on technically challenging projects to overcome issues and achieve consent.
