Louise is Planning Director with more than 25 years of experience in town and country planning at a senior level.

Louise has led an array of large projects across Residential, Housing and Commercial Developments and is particularly skilled at project managing large scale complex projects through all stages of the planning process including pre applications, public consultation and engagement, EIA development, negotiating  S106 and CIl and discharge of conditions.

...Louise is an expert in planning strategies and has significant experience of giving evidence at appeal hearings, inquiries and Development Plan examinations. Louise has taken several projects through from promotion through the Local Plan stage, to allocation, obtain planning permission and to commencing on site.

She has worked for high profile clients on projects within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster City Council, Southwark and the London Borough of Lambeth.

Since moving to Framptons Louise has successfully promoted through the development plan, a large sustainable urban extension to the south west of Rugby, obtained planning permission for a large mixed use residential led scheme in Saffron Walden, obtained planning permission for a residential tower in Coventry, and successfully gained planning permission for the recently approved Magna Park extension (logistics warehousing). Louise considers herself an expert in obtaining planning permission in warehouse schemes having worked on Magna Park, Symmetry Park Rugby, Panatonni Park, Northampton (among others).

Louise combines a detailed understanding of planning policy with a sharp commercial mind. She enjoys promoting residential, commercial and leisure schemes, from urban extensions to land regeneration.
