Debbie is an Associate Planner with over 15 years’ experience and has obtained planning permission for both large scale residential and commercial developments. Debbie is experienced in coordination and input to Environmental Impact Assessments for complex commercial and residential developments. Debbie also has extensive experience in providing planning advice to the leisure and entertainment industry, gaining changes of use and planning permissions for a range of town centre uses.

Debbie has been involved in site promotion, submitting representations and attending Local Plan Examinations in Public, and has successfully argued for release of green belt land for residential development. Debbie particularly enjoys the place making side of Town Planning and the consultation process with wider communities when bringing development sites forward.
