Thank you for taking the time to view our consultation exhibition for the proposed residential development at the site we are calling land north of Norton Lane and east of Rumbush Lane, Tidbury Green.

We are preparing plans to deliver a high-quality new neighbourhood that responds to the character of the local area, provides much-needed homes, and creates attractive green spaces for both new and existing residents to enjoy.

This exhibition presents our emerging proposals and provides an opportunity for local residents, businesses, and stakeholders to learn more about the scheme and share their views before a planning application is submitted.
