Unit 04, completed in September 2025 and pre-let to Greggs, was secured by Framptons on behalf of Tritax Big Box Developments as part of Phase 1 of a 311,000 sq ft scheme, delivering a BREEAM ‘Excellent’, EPC ‘A’ rated, Net Zero Carbon in Construction facility with planning consent for a further 100,000 sq ft of expansion.
