We successfully achieved full Planning permission for the provision of a new coffee shop & restaurant with drive through lanes to be occupied by Costa Coffee & Burger King in Banbury.

The site is located in an area occupied by various retail and industrial facilities. The existing comprised an MOT testing, vehicle repairs and servicing facility on one half, with a former car showroom being used as a ‘hand car wash’ on the other.
