Oliver joined Framptons in January 2024 having graduated from Cardiff University with an undergraduate degree in Human Geography and Postgraduate degree in Environment and Development.
Oliver has a keen interest in sustainable developments, particularly renewable energy.
Oliver is working towards his RTPI chartership, whilst supporting the Planning team on a range of planning matters.
