On behalf of Dr Burston we successfully secured planning permission for a new hotel, upgraded spectator facilities (including corporate boxes, refreshment areas, and sanitary amenities), additional car parking, completion of the all-weather arena, and a dedicated players’ pavilion — all of which have now been fully delivered on site.

Frampton’s successfully secured planning permission for a prestigious hospitality space overlooking two of the UK’s premier polo grounds. The approved scheme provides elegant dining for up to 100 guests, complemented by two generous terraces that allow visitors to enjoy dining experiences while taking in panoramic views across the polo fields.
