Windmill Village Hotel, Coventry

On behalf of our client Bracebridge Holdings, we secured outline permission with Coventry City Council for a large residential development of 566 homes at the former Windmill Golf Course site.

The site is located on land adjacent to the Windmill Village Hotel on Birmingham Road and was part of the wider Eastern Green Sustainable Urban Extension (SUE) allocation in the Coventry Local Plan. The permission was granted in August 2021, subject to conditions and the completion of a Section 106 legal agreement.
