Alongside the proposed Healthcare Centre, plans included a 62-bed care home featuring spacious en-suite bedrooms, welcoming communal areas, landscaped gardens, and round-the-clock care. Planning permission was successfully granted, and the site was subsequently sold to a national operator for development.
