On behalf of Tritax Symmetry Ltd and Siemens Healthineers we secured full planning permission for a new high-quality, combined research, development, and production facility, featuring Class B2 floorspace with ancillary offices. The project includes signal-controlled access to the A41 with relocated bus stops, ancillary workshops, a staff gym and canteen, a security gatehouse, an energy centre (with details of energy generation reserved for future approval), loading bays, service yard, waste management area, external plant, vehicle parking, and extensive landscaping, including permanent mounds and sustainable drainage. The scheme also involved the demolition of existing agricultural buildings within the site boundary and the realignment of an existing watercourse.
