On behalf of Tritax Symmetry Ltd we obtained planning permission for the full redevelopment of an existing site, including demolition of the current buildings and construction of a new Class B8 warehouse with ancillary offices. The project also included a gatehouse, external plant, hardstanding for parking and servicing, an attenuation pond, and secure boundary enclosures.
