Framptons Town Planning and Roger Tyers Land and Development act for the landowners who are currently working with Steeple Barton Parish Council to identify and ultimately deliver a residential housing scheme to help meet local needs. To date pre-application discussion have taken place with West Oxfordshire District Council and Oxfordshire County Council relating to a scheme for 20 dwellings of which 50% would be affordable housing.
