On behalf of Bracebridge Holdings Ltd we are pleased to welcome you to view our
emerging plans for a new housing scheme at Windmill Green, Coventry.

The proposals are for up to 600 new houses, public open space, landscaping and
drainage areas.

The Site comprises part of the housing element of the Eastern Green allocation, a new
mixed-use neighbourhood in Coventry City Council’s adopted Local Plan.
The proposals are therefore being brought forward in response to Coventry City
Council’s framework for the west Coventry area.

We are presently in the process of preparing an outline planning application, and the
final plans will be submitted to Coventry City Council for their consideration in the
Summer of 2019.
