A comprehensive land search is being undertaken, in consultation with and approved by Officers at Daventry District Council, in order to establish additional land availability which may be potentially suitable for Enabling Development to achieve the full restoration of Overstone Hall. The method of search and correspondence to owners (sourced from the Land Registry) has been agreed with Officers at Daventry District Council.
