A planning application is being prepared for submission to Wychavon District Council on land at Chequers Lane, Wychbold.

The Development is being promoted by Fortis Living and Wychbold Developments LLP.

The residential proposal provides:

• Up to 33 homes comprising 100% Affordable Housing, including a mix of shared ownership homes and affordable rent homes
• Public Open Space
• Landscaping
• Sustainable Drainage System
• Footpaths, roads and associated infrastructure
